Returns & Exchanges

At SCOR, we want you to be fully stoked on your new ride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or gear within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is used for bikes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
